Gardener-Housekeeper couple / Couple de Gardiens Provence South of France.

We are looking for a reliable, well-groomed and experienced housekeeper couple for the second home of a couple in southern Provence in beautiful rural surroundings, near the sea. In your position as gardener and caretaker, you independently maintain the outdoor facilities of an approximately 7,000 m2 park-like property with beautiful trees (palms, plane trees, oaks, olive trees, etc.). These must be kept in very good condition all year round. You will also maintain the heated outdoor pool and carry out minor maintenance work yourself. You will benefit from your technical understanding and manual skills. You are also the point of contact for external craftsmen. Occasional driving services in a provided car can occur. In your position as housekeeper, you run the household independently, take care of the laundry, and the cleaning and maintenance work that may occur in a private household. The living space of the property is around 600m2. You appreciate working in an elegant atmosphere and using exquisite materials. The careful handling of the upscale interior is a matter of course. The principals spend around 5-6 months per year on the Estate. As with all couple positions on vacation property, the weekly hours may increase if the owners are present. During their absence, these overtime hours can then be reduced during the rest of the year. A larger official apartment with its own garden and separate entrance is available. The couple in question should speak fluent French and should be animal loving. Start ASAP
